    Needed: sliders or towels (hard floor), paper plates (carpet)

    This was a doozy for a workout. Previously live on Charlee's Instagram May 26, 2020. You can expect a lot of core exercises as well as total body HIIT vibes. Have fun with this one, we know Charlee did!

  • 25 MIN ARMS & ABS w/ BANDS

    Equipment needed: Mini exercise bands (Charlee is using "light" and "medium" bands)

    This is the perfect workout to pair with a run or cycling day since it is an upper body focus. We know you guys love the ab workouts too, so of course we didn't leave those out!

  • 30 MIN TOTAL BODY NO JUMPING

    Available for 24 hours.
    Equipment needed: Light and Medium or Heavy dumbbells (Charlee is using 5 and 10lbs.)
