  • 30m CORE + CARDIO (NO JUMPING) 01

    Episode 1

    So you want to work cardio and core, but
    a) you have downstairs neighbors or
    b) you have sensitive knees
    Then this is the Le Sweat for you. Happy working out!

  • 20m BODYWEIGHT TABATA 01

    Episode 2

    Tabata, discovered by Japanese scientist Dr. Izumi Tabata, is a form of HIIT (high-intensity interval training). Tabata intervals consist of four-minute segments with eight rounds of 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds recovery. History lesson wrapped up in a sweat session :)

  • 20m LOW IMPACT CARDIO 01

    Episode 3

    "Low impact" but still packs a punch! If you are looking to sweat through a workout that leaves your joints happy, this is the video for you.

    What to expect:
    - no jumping
    - total body, including squats and lunges
    - warm-up

    Equipment needed: dumbbells (only for one exercise)

    Flow with Charlee and build your leg strength while working on your hip mobility in this yoga for athletes' flow.

    What to expect:
    - standing warrior series slowed down
    - side planks
    - hip stretches

    This is the workout you hit when you wanna sweat, are short on time, but need to feel the burn. If if it's not already, we think this one will be one of our most popular workouts. Did we mention there is no jumping? Happy working on working out!
