Warriors III's are basically single-leg deadlifts, and if you swing your leg forward, you will find yourself at the top of a pistol squat (see thumbnail picture.) Thus, this class is a Yoga For Athletes and great for those who are new to yoga, not new to yoga, and/or have tight hips. (That means this class is for everybody.)
