HOW MANY REPS PER LEG?
If the calendar calls for a unilateral (or single-leg) exercise, complete the total number of reps by dividing the number in half and splitting the reps per leg.
(For example, 100 reverse lunges = 50 reverse lunges on the right, 50 reverse lunges on the left.)
