    Episode 1

    What to expect:

    - Lower body (squat and lunge variations)

  • 30m POSTURE WORKOUT 02

    Episode 2

    Let's face it, most of are desk warriors. Here is a posture workout plus an added mobility routine. We'll start by warming up and working out and wind down with a killer mobility routine.

    Episode 3

    This total body workout with a lower-body focus will challenge your strength and stability in new ways. This is one of our most 'functional' workouts that will most relate to your daily routines.

  • 40m YOGA FOR ATHLETES 01

    What to expect in this workout:
    - Hip openers
    - Core and arm workout

  • 20m CORE 01

    Episode 5

    This is a 20-minute video dedicated to the core, where we'll also strengthen the muscles of the lower back and glutes. We recommend doing this video 2-3 times a week.

    - No jumping and knee friendly

  • 45m FULL BODY (HEAVY WEIGHTS) 03

    Episode 6

    A full-body fan favorite on LSTV. This is a solid workout from start to finish that will leave you feeling you like it was the right amount of everything.
