  • 30m CORE + CARDIO (NO JUMPING) 01

    Episode 1

    So you want to work cardio and core, but:

    a) you have downstairs neighbors or,
    b) you have sensitive knees

    Then this is the Le Sweat for you. Happy working out!

  • 25m ARMS + ABS 01

    Episode 2

    This is the perfect workout to pair with a run or cycling day since it is an upper-body focus. We know you love the ab workouts too, so of course, we didn't leave those out!

  • 25m FULL BODY (BODYWEIGHT) 01

    Episode 3

    This workout is a great way to ease back into your workout routine using no equipment.

    What to expect:
    - Bodyweight exercises
    - Cardio exercises included
    - Full-body conditioning

  • 40m YOGA FOR ATHLETES 02

    Episode 4

    What to expect:
    - standing series focusing on leg strength and hip mobility
    - core set
    - relaxing cool down mobility and stretches at the end
