4-WEEK AB CHALLENGE

Equipment needed bodyweight and dumbbells.

This challenge originally ran in April of 2020, but you can still participate in the daily videos and carry on with the four-week challenge. There are four videos total. Each video is to be completed for a full week (seven days) before starting the next video.
