Equipment needed: Resistance bands (specifically, mini-exercise loops)
This class was previously recorded live on Charlee's Instagram on April 29, 2020. This workout takes minimal equipment if all you have are bands. Focusing on the booty and abs, this workout is generally low-impact and could benefit somebody looking for a lower intensity workout. It will also benefit all athletes with tight hips as most of these exercises are activation drills targeting the glutes.
