    Looking for something low impact with a lot of sweat? We think this could be the one! Previously live on Charlee's Instagram in May 2020, this was a fan favorite. For a full-body workout, this was particularly core-focused.

  • 35m CORE + CARDIO (NO JUMPING) 03

    What to expect in this workout:
    - Plank based exercises
    - Push-ups, squats, and lunges
    - Sit-up exercises that can be modified
    - 30 minutes of workout followed by 5 minute stretch
