  • 30 MIN TOTAL BODY CARDIO 01

    Equipment: Dumbbells or Kettlebells
    Sneakers are recommended

    What to expect:
    - Mostly bodyweight
    - More rounds of quick movements
    - Total body workout
    - Includes warm-up and cool down stretch

  • 30 MIN RUNNERS & CYCLISTS STRENGTH 04

    Equipment needed: dumbbells or kettlebells

  • 12 MIN TOTAL BODY + DUMBBELLS

    Equipment needed: dumbbells

    This is the perfect solo workout or something you can throw in after you go for a run or jog. All you need is a set of dumbbells to participate. Feeling like you want more? Try doing another round of the same routine (you'll see what we mean you press play.)

  • 30 MIN FULL BODY W/ DUMBBELLS

    Equipment needed: Dumbbells (Charlee is using 5's and 10's).

  • 30 MIN STRENGTH FOR RUNNERS & CYCLISTS

    If you are an avid aerobic enthusiast that partakes in bipedal movement in the form of cycling and/or running, this is the cross-training workout for you. We recommend doing this routine 2-3x a week.

  • 15 MIN SHOULDERS & BACK

    - Dumbbells

  • 30 MIN LEGS + GLUTES

    Equipment needed: Dumbbells, chair/bench
