Hi Carol! I recommend pairing the Bands workout with a Strength workout. For example, I would recommend the following (or something similar):
10m Booty Bands + 15m Bodyweight Legs
10m Booty Bands + 15m Shoulders + Back
The reason(s) being:
a) hit 30-minutes of Physical Activity caily (Check out "How To Get Started")
b) to work different body parts in one session
c) from a training perspective, a band workout is good to do before or following, a strength routine.
