I just finishing week 1 of the 4-week program and love the challenge and modifications (I need those once in a while!). One 'fun' thing I do is load up all the videos before I start the week and remove them as I finish them. It's like checking things off on a 'to do list'! I know...kinda lame...but I'm a 'to do list' kinda gal. Feeling great so far!
