The amount of training per day for each individual depends on a lot of things, mostly what your goals for training are.
-Are you preparing for an event?
-Do you have a race coming up?
-Are you looking for general weight maintenance? Weight loss?
If you're noticing wear and tear, then I think it might be helpful for your training to dedicate something to work towards. Your wear and tear could be because you've been doing the same workouts for years without a specific training goal, therefore the wear and tear is because you haven't progressively overloaded your workouts.
If you're looking for more on Le Sweat TV, I recommend trying the 4-week training program and see if you notice energy level or general strength increases (I think you will if you stick with a consistent schedule).
You can find that here: https://tv.le-sweat.com/4-week-training-guide
Let me know if that helps!
Happy working on working out!
