It would be great if you could post some sample programs for us users! For example, for beginners, intermediate, advanced users. I work out about 4-5 times per week for about an hour and would love suggestions on which combinations to do!

A 4-5 workouts a week, I think a good starting place for you would be either of these two calendars (which are labeled underneath "Challenges" on the homepage)
