Hi Charlee! Thoroughly enjoying the workouts and getting stronger. In regards to single leg deadlifts, I've noticed that when I do this particular movement that I start to get lower back pain. I've tried following your cues when you say to engage the core to prevent this but maybe I'm not doing it right. I have no problem when I do Warrior 3 holds/dynamic movements in yoga and keeping my hips square. Could it be that my weight is too heavy (7kg) and I need to go down? Any additional cues/advice I should follow?
