Hi Everyone,
I've using Le Sweat TV for a month and have been loving all the exercises. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing knee pain and have had to stop my daily runs for the time being. Can any of your recommend some good videos for running and strengthening the knee? I've been doing some of the "No Jumping" ones, but I feel like I don't get enough cardio from some of them.
Any and all advice would be appreciated! :)

With any injury, I always recommend resting and seeing a doctor if pain persists. However, here are some knee-friendly mobility videos in the meantime. I would recommend doing at least one of these 3 videos daily. They are all super short, but I think you'll notice a difference if you remain consistent in your practice.
