I know you use the Fitbit Versa 2 and sometimes the Apple Watch to track your workouts. I recently got the new Apple Watch and would love some advice as to what type of workout to set it for before your classes on Le Sweat. It seems to work ok if I choose HIIT for classes you have labeled as HIIT but doesn't seem to work as well when I set it to Mixed Cardio, Core training or Functional Strength Training for other classes that are not HIIT. On those I am barely seem to burn enough calories according to my watch even though I am sweating buckets. Any advice from you or anyone else in the forum? This is my first fitness tracker and would like to be able to track accurately how many calories I am burning.
