Hi Charliee, this is an awesome program. I’m already finishing the second weekend I feel much stronger. I’m going at 80% I love it! However, I’ve had a couple surgeries in my feet and yoga is very hard for me as I have very little stability without sneakers. on the yoga days I’m doing bands. Any suggestions to replace the yoga days? I’m doing the 1 day rest day.
