I am loving the mobility videos (especially hip and ankle)! I have been doing the 10-minute hip mobility video as a warmup before any of the 4-week training program videos and then doing the 8-minute ankle mobility video after the workout video, so it looks like this:
1. Hip Mobility
2. 4-Week training program video(s) of the day
3. Ankle Mobility
I am going to start the 6-week Program 01 series, but because there's a warm up video and cool down video for each week, I'm not sure when it's most productive to include the hip mobility and ankle mobility videos. Do you have a suggested order?
P.S. I love your guided programs and mobility videos! I've seen some huge progress and my hips and ankles don't cramp up or crack at all anymore!
Hi Caitlyn, sorry for the delay! Your current set-up is fantastic. I think you could try adding hip + ankle weekly and alternate the days. We also released a ton of new mobility classes led by James Chung (master at mobility training!) As long as you are doing some form for mobility in addition to workouts for about +10-15 minutes a day, you still start to see tremendous rewards!
