We understand when it comes to working out, it's nice to have a little guidance to help program your fitness routine.
WHAT'S ON THE APP
• On-demand workouts ranging from 5 - 45 minutes give you options for creating your workout or following along to one of ours.
• No equipment? No problem. We organize our workouts to include all essential fitness equipment: dumbbells, bands, or bodyweight. Check out "RECOMMENDED WORKOUT EQUIPMENT" for more info (Link: https://tv.le-sweat.com/videos/recommended-equipment)
• Is it leg day or upper body day? You choose. Our workouts are organized by body part, allowing you to curate your weekly workout routine using our videos.
New videos are added weekly, plus monthly live workouts to keep it interesting, fun, and continuously progressing.
SAMPLE WORKOUT PROGRAM
If you stick to the Le Sweat weekly training plan, you'll notice progress week to week. If you do your best to stay consistent, you'll be amazed at what you will accomplish in just a few weeks.

You should be getting at least 30-minutes of activity every day. It is recommended to take 1-2 recovery days per week, depending on the intensity of your workout routines. Check out my Recommended Training Schedule below that you can repeat week after week.
