HOW TO GET STARTED

Welcome to Le Sweat TV, we are so happy you have chosen Le Sweat to be a part of your fitness journey. Our community, aka the #LeSweatFam, is a group of souls who are working on working out, just like you. We understand when it comes to working out, it’s nice to have a little guidance to help program your fitness routine.

WHAT’S ON THE APP
• On-demand workouts ranging from 5 - 30 minutes that give you options for creating your workout or following along to one of ours.

• No equipment? No problem. We organize our workouts to include all of the basic fitness equipment: dumbbells, bands, or bodyweight. Check out “RECOMMENDED WORKOUT EQUIPMENT” for more info (Link: https://tv.le-sweat.com/videos/recommended-equipment)

• Is it leg day or upper body day? You choose. Our workouts are organized by body part, allowing you to curate your weekly workout routine using our videos.
New videos added weekly as well as weekly live workouts to keep it interesting, fun, and continuously progressing.

SAMPLE WORKOUT PROGRAM
If you stick to the Le Sweat weekly training plan, you’ll notice progress week-to-week. If you do your best to stay consistent, you’ll be amazed at what you will accomplish in just a few weeks.

From Le Sweat founder, certified trainer, Charlee Atkins: You should be getting at least 30-minutes of activity every day. It is recommended to take 1-2 recovery days per week, depending on the intensity of your workout routines. Here is a weekly sample workout program that you can repeat week after week.
