  • 25m CALMING TOTAL HIP STRETCH

    Episode 1

    Soothing stretch session focusing on the hips. Class structure: ten unique stretches held for 1-2 minutes each.

    - Highlighted stretches: recline pigeon, lying 90-90, prone crossover, inner-thigh stretch
    - No music

    Equipment needed: wall or elevates surface (optional)

  • 10m RELAXING FULL BODY STRETCH

    Episode 2

    A soothing full-body stretch routine using a wall help deepen the stretches. Each stretch is held for two minutes.

    - Targeted areas: chest, hips, hamstrings, inner thighs
    - No music

    Equipment needed: wall

    Intensity: 2/5

  • 15m SEATED HAMSTRING MOBILITY

    Episode 3

    Beginner-friendly, guided hamstring mobility routine completed in the seated position.

    Episode 4

    Never get up off the mat in this yoga flow, perfect for opening up the spine and hips.

    - Highlighted exercises: spinal twist, lizard stretch, seal pose
    - No music

  • 12m DE-STRESSING NECK & SHOULDER STRETCH

    Episode 5

    Muscle-tension relieving stretch class using a tennis ball. Begin with tennis ball releases and move into mobility stretches.

    Equipment needed: tennis ball (or massage ball)

  • 10m DEEP HIPS & CHEST STRETCH

    Episode 6

    Full-body guided stretch class using a wall and an elevated surface.

    - Highlighted stretches: elevated pigeon, chest stretch using wall

    Equipment needed: wall and elevated surface

  • 10m EASY CHEST & HAMSTRINGS STRETCH

    Episode 7

    Simple, full-body stretch class using a yoga strap (or band) for a deeper stretch. Highlighted exercises include shoulder flossing, quad stretch, lying hamstring stretch (with strap).
