Looking for something low impact with a lot of (le) sweat? We think this could be the one! Previously live on Charlee's Instagram on May 11, 2020, this was a fan favorite. The peak exercises in this workout were crouch back planks, hacky sack planks, side plank variations, and more. For a full body workout, this was particularly core focused.
