The Le Sweat Fitness Test is a strength and endurance test designed to track progress in workouts. It is recommended to take the test monthly.
Equipment needed: chair or elevated surface
Directions: Using a timer, time how long it takes to complete the following:
100 reps of each of the following exercises:
- 100 squats
- 100 push-ups
- 100 sit-ups
The reps do not have to be consecutive, but all reps must be completed at the same intensity. This means that if you are doing elevated push-ups on a bench, all push-ups must be completed at that same height.
Breaks are permitted, but keep the timer running.
Recommended modifications:
- Squats: Box squat
- Push-Ups: Elevated push-ups (chair, bench, counter, wall, etc.)
- Sit-Ups: Crunches or heel drops (200 total, 100 per leg)
