Join us on Le Sweat TV for a full body 6-week training program created and taught by Charlee Atkins.

DIRECTIONS
01 | Pick a program of your choice from 1 to 3 rest days per week. One is not better than the other, it simply comes down to what fits your schedule best.

02 | Follow your calendar making sure to complete the WARM-UP and STRETCH videos before and after every STRENGTH, EMOM, and TABATA workouts.

  • 10 MIN WARM-UP 02

    Episode 1

    Equipment needed: None

    What to expect:
    - Lower body warm-up
    - Upper body warm-up, including shoulder mobility

    This workout was designed to be apart of our training program PROGRAM 01, however it can be used as a stand alone warm-up.

    Equipment needed: none

    What to expect:
    - Hip stretches
    - Upper body stretch

    This stretch class was designed to be apart of our training program PROGRAM 01, however it can be used as a stand alone stretch. We recommend using this stretch after all Part 02 of Program 01 workouts.
