JUNE CHALLENGE! We will be doing PART 1 of the Le Sweat Yourself Strong Challenge #1.

We will be following the 4 workouts/week plan as a community, but feel free to add in more workouts as you feel motivated to do!

If you don't like the workout of the day, replace the days with a workout from the same modality:
STRENGTH > Le STRENGTH
TABATA > Le CARDIO or Le HIIT
HIIT > Le HIIT
YOGA > Le STRETCH, Le YOGA, or Le MOBILITY
