DIRECTIONS
01 | Pick a program of your choice from 1 to 3 rest days per week. One is not better than the other. It simply comes down to what fits your schedule best.

02 | Follow your calendar, making sure to complete the STRETCH videos after every STRENGTH, HIIT, and CARDIO workouts.

04 | If you are a runner or a cyclist and are wondering how to fit PROGRAM 03 in your training schedule, we suggest selecting "3 Rest Days" calendar and adding your runs to the additional rest days and/or on the CARDIO workout days.

  • 30 MIN STRENGTH 05

    Episode 1

    Equipment needed: dumbbells or other weights

    What to expect:
    - no jumping
    - total body strength
    - includes hip mobility

  • 30 MIN BODYWEIGHT CARDIO 05

    Episode 2

    Equipment: none

    What to expect:
    - jumping exercises (shoes recommended)
    - core exercises
    - all around solid workout!

  • 30 MIN HIIT 01

    Episode 3

    Equipment needed: dumbbells

    This workout can also be done without equipment.

    What to expect:
    - total body
    - a lot of oblique work
    - strength and cardio exercises
    - core finisher

  • 40 MIN YOGA FOR ATHLETES 05

    Episode 4

    Equipment needed: none

    What to expect:
    - standing series focusing on leg strength and hip mobility
    - core set
    - relaxing cool down mobility and stretches at the end

  • 10 MIN STRETCH 05

    Episode 5

    Equipment needed: none

    What to expect:
    - hip mobility and stretches
    - shoulder mobility exercises
    - can be done before or after a workout
