(Not Thanksgiving anymore? This is a great way to stay active using no equipment, whether it's while traveling or you are just looking to jump-start with extra movement.)

    Are you ready to HIIT it? This is a total body workout that amps up as the workout goes on.

    What to expect:
    - includes warm-up and cool-down
    - jumping exercises (shoes recommended)
    - core exercises

  • 15m BOOTY + CORE 01

    This workout doubles not only as a booty and core workout but also as a hip mobility routine.

    What to expect:
    - no jumping
    - iso split squats + sumo leans
    - bear plank + knee-tap

  • 20m BODYWEIGHT CARDIO 04

    A quick cardio session that is short on time and high on intensity. We recommend wearing sneakers during this workout, you can expect to move.
