Get ready for one of the more intense workouts on LSTV. We introduce weighted jump squats and two AMRAP sections. Get ready to sweat!

If you are an avid aerobic enthusiast that partakes in bipedal movement in the form of cycling and/or running, this is the cross-training workout for you. We recommend doing this routine 2-3x a week.
The ol' behind the thigh tightness gets ya every time. This stretch is for everybody: runners, cyclists, dancers, sitters - we all need a hamstring stretch. Grab a strap and belt and let's get loose.
