    - knee strengthening poses

    - standing series focusing on leg strength and hip mobility

    - relaxing cool down mobility and stretches at the end

    - Hip strengthening band exercises

    - Posture exercises
    - ~15 minutes of yoga at the end of the workout include hip stretches and balance exercises
